The accommodation consists of a main cottage plus a closely adjacent detached chalet, both of which are set within a fully enclosed garden (and which can only be let together). The properties are fully double glazed and insulated to a very high standard making them suitable for staying in at any time of the year.
 

Broomieknowe Cottage

Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, the accommodation is all on one level and comprises:

  • Sitting Room - comfortably furnished and carpeted, fitted with multifuel stove (fuel provided), two leather three-seater couches, TV with Freesat and DVD
  • Kitchen/Dining Room - fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs and Karndean floor
  • Double Bedroom - fully carpeted with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
  • Shower Room - large shower enclosure with electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin and Karndean floor
 

The Chalet
Detached from the cottage, this wooden chalet, built in 2010, has been constructed to a very high specification. It provides additional accommodation also on one level for 2 people:

  • Bedroom - fully carpeted with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers
  • Ensuite Shower Room - large shower enclosure with electric shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and Karndean floor

  • Heating: white meter electric heating throughout plus mutlifuel stove in sitting room
  • Electricity: included in the rental
  • Hot Water: mains pressure in cottage, water heater in chalet
  • Bed Linen and Towels: included in rental
  • Parking: large area to the front of property
  • Garden: fully enclosed to the side and rear, mainly laid in grass
  • Garden furniture: for eating out
  • Dogs welcome
